线粒体自噬是一种细胞自噬过程,可以清除受损的线粒体并维持细胞的健康状态。肾脏是一个高能量消耗器官,线粒体在肾脏功能中扮演着重要的角色,肾脏疾病通常与线粒体功能异常有关。近年来的研究表明,肾小管细胞中的线粒体损伤和功能障碍可能导致肾小管损伤和肾小球滤过率下降,线粒体自噬可以清除这些受损的线粒体,从而保护肾脏细胞免受细胞自噬的影响。此外,线粒体自噬还可以参与肾脏疾病的发生和发展过程,例如肾小球硬化和肾小管间质纤维化。因此,线粒体自噬在肾脏疾病的预防和治疗中具有重要的作用。本文综述了线粒体自噬在肾脏疾病中的作用,为未来开展线粒体靶向治疗提供新的思路和策略。
Mitophagy is an autophagy process in cells that can remove damaged mitochondria and maintain the health of cells. Kidney is an organ with high energy consumption. Mitochondria plays an important role in kidney function, and kidney diseases are usually associated with mitochondrial dysfunction. Recent studies have shown that mitochondrial damage and dysfunction in renal tubular cells may lead to renal tubular injury and decreased glomerular filtration rate, and mitophagy can remove these damaged mitochondria, thereby protecting renal cells from autophagy. In addition, mitophagy is also involved in the occurrence and development of kidney diseases, such as glomerulosclerosis and renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis. Therefore, mitophagy plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of kidney diseases. This article reviews the role of mitophagy in kidney diseases, and provides new ideas and strategies for mitochondrial targeted therapy in the future.
