哮喘是当今世界上常见的慢性非传染性疾病之一,其特征是可变的气体阻塞,引起呼吸困难和喘息。嗜酸性粒细胞性气道炎症通常被视为慢性气道病变最具影响力的可诊断特点。在过去的十几年里,已研制了多种针对这种特征的单克隆抗体,主要包括抗白细胞介素5(IL-5)或IL-5受体α(美泊利珠单抗、瑞利珠单抗和贝那利珠单抗)、IL-13(来瑞组单抗和曲罗芦单抗)、IL-4受体α(度普利尤单抗)、免疫球蛋白E(奥马珠单抗)和抗胸腺基质淋巴生成素(特泽鲁单抗)的单克隆抗体。本文从哮喘的发病机制、新型抗嗜酸性粒细胞药物在哮喘治疗中的进展等方面进行综述。
Asthma is one of the common chronic non-communicable diseases in the world today, which is characterized by variable gas obstruction, causing dyspnea and wheezing. Eosinophilic airway inflammation is often considered to be the most influential diagnosable feature of chronic airway disease. Over the past decade, multiple monoclonal antibodies have been developed targeting this characteristic. Mainly including anti interleukin-5 (IL-5) or IL-5 receptors α (mepolizumab, razumab, and benazizumab), IL-13 (lebrikizumab and tralokinumab), IL-4 receptor α (monoclonal antibodies against dupilumab), immunoglobulin E (omalizumab), and thymic stromal resistance lymphatic hormone (tezepelumab) of monoclonal antibodies. This article reviews the pathogenesis of asthma and the progress of new anti-eosinophil drugs in the treatment of asthma.
