• 摘要：

• 在哮喘儿童中，难治性哮喘占5%~10%，其防治难度大，给社会及家庭带来了巨大的经济和精神压力，故寻求高效的诊疗措施一直是医学的难点和热点问题。随着现代科技进步及对该病认识的不断提高，近年来一些新的中西医诊治方法不断涌出，在部分临床应用中取得了良好的疗效，也为该病的治疗提供了新思路。本文对近年来难治性哮喘的中西医治疗进展展开综述。

• In children with asthma, the proportion of refractory asthma accounts for 5%-10%. Because of the difficulty of its prevention and treatment, it has brought great economic and mental pressure to the society and the family, so to seek efficient diagnosis and treatment measures has been a medical difficulty and hot issues. With the progress of modern science and technology and the continuous improvement of the understanding of the disease, in recent years, some new methods and means of diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine have come out continuously. Some clinical applications have been found to achieve good curative effect, but also provide a new idea for the treatment of the disease. This article reviews the progress of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of refractory asthma in recent years.
