• 摘要：

• 真皮神经鞘黏液瘤（DNSM）是罕见的良性周围神经肿瘤，由施万细胞分化，在黏液样基质的背景下，呈多小叶结构，小叶内以梭形细胞为主，细胞内S-100阳性表达。根据病理学特征及免疫表型可以与其他类似疾病进行鉴别。本研究报道1例手指DNSM患者，复习相关文献，探讨DNSM的临床病理特征、诊断及鉴别诊断，以期为临床工作者提供参考。

• Dermal nerve sheath myxoma (DNSM) is a rare benign peripheral nerve tumor, differentiated by Schwann cells. In the background of myxiod matrix, the tumor cell shows lobulated arrangement, mainly spindle-shaped cells in the lobule, with S-100 positive expression in the cell. DNSM can be distinguished from other similar diseases according to its pathological characteristics and immunophenotype. This research reports a case of DNSM of the finger, reviews related literatures, and discusses clinicopathological characteristics, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, in order to provide reference to clinicians.
