据全球癌症统计数据,肺癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤,发病率及死亡率很高,发病趋势也呈年轻化。大多数肺癌患者在早期无明显症状,在确诊时已处于晚期。不同临床分期肺癌患者的预后有显著差异,早期诊断可以直接改善患者的预后。因此,有效的筛查及诊断方法对提高肺癌的早期诊断率、改善预后至关重要。低剂量CT是肺癌早期诊断的标准方法,可显著提高肺癌患者的生存率。活体组织检查仅代表肿瘤在某一时刻的状态,是肿瘤发展的某一部分,不能反映疾病发展的动态过程,液体活体组织检查是一种非侵入性获取患者组织标本的简便方法,允许实时监测肿瘤,使其成为临床最有前途的肿瘤组织标本检查的替代手段。本文就肺癌早期诊断方面的相关研究进展进行综述。
According to global cancer statistics, lung cancer is the most common malignant tumor, with high morbidity and mortality, and the incidence has a trend to be younger. Most patients with lung cancer have no obvious symptoms in the early stage and are in the advanced stage at the time of diagnosis. The prognosis of lung cancer patients with different clinical stages is significantly different. Early diagnosis can directly improve the prognosis of patients. Therefore, effective screening and diagnosis Methods are very important to improve the early diagnosis rate and the prognosis of lung cancer. Low-dose CT is a standard method for early diagnosis of lung cancer, which can significantly improve the survival rate of lung cancer patients. Tissue biopsy only represents the state of tumor at a certain point in time, is a part of tumor development, and can not reflect the dynamic process of disease development. Liquid biopsy is a non-invasive and simple method to obtain patient tissue samples, allowing real-time monitoring of tumors, making it the most promising clinical alternative means of tumor tissue samples. This article reviews the progress on early diagnosis of lung cancer.
