基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)广泛参与机体内细胞外基质降解和重塑的生理功能,而且研究发现MMP-9与恶性肿瘤进展和转移有关,通过介导肿瘤微环境,在肿瘤的发生、发展中扮演着重要角色。MMP-9在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的异常表达,与NSCLC细胞增殖、血管生成、侵袭和转移有密切关系,可以作为临床诊断、靶向治疗和患者预后的标志物,在NSCLC中靶向MMP-9具有很高的研究价值和作用,本文就MMP-9在NSCLC中的作用及研究进展作一综述。
Matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) is widely involved in the physiological functions of extracellular matrix degradation and remodeling in the body. Studies have found that MMP-9 is related to the progression and metastasis of malignant tumors, and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors by mediating tumor microenvironment. Abnormal expression of MMP-9 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is closely related to NSCLC cell proliferation, angiogenesis, invasion and metastasis, which can be used as a marker for clinical diagnosis, targeted therapy and patient prognosis. Targeting MMP-9 in NSCLC has high research value and effect. This article reviews the role and research progress of MMP-9 in NSCLC.
