• 结直肠癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一，淋巴结转移为其最主要的转移方式，是影响结直肠癌患者治疗方式选择与预后的关键因素，术前对结直肠癌患者的淋巴结状态进行准确评估，对肿瘤的分期、制定合理治疗方案和预后预测具有重要作用。本文对近年来发现的与结直肠癌淋巴结转移密切相关且有重要意义的分子标志物及其可能作用机制的研究进展进行综述，以期进一步筛选具有较高敏感度和特异度的分子标志物。

• Colorectal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors. Lymph node metastasis is the most important mode of metastasis and the key factor affecting the treatment and prognosis of colorectal cancer patients. Preoperative accurate evaluation of lymph node status plays an important role in evaluating tumor stage, making treatment decisions and predicting prognosis. This paper reviews the recent identified molecular markers and those possible mechanisms which are closely related to lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer, with a view to further screening molecular markers with high sensitivity and specificity.
