目的 探讨长期雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液对支气管哮喘儿童生长发育的影响。方法 选择2016年5月至2018年4月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇四医院收治的支气管哮喘患儿63例(观察组)和同期体检健康的儿童60例(对照组)。观察组患儿给予布地奈德混悬液0.25~1.0 mg/次雾化吸入,2次/d,持续治疗2年;对照组儿童不进行任何干预,随访2年。比较2组儿童入组时和入组2年后身高、体质量、骨密度以及血清钙、磷和胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)水平。结果 入组时2组儿童身高、体质量和骨密度比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);入组2年后,2组身高、体质量和骨密度均高于入组时(均P<0.05),但观察组与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义[(130±7)cm比(128±7)cm,(24.1±2.8)kg比(23.2±3.1)kg,(0.53±0.04)g/cm2比(0.52±0.06)g/cm2](均P>0.05)。2组儿童入组2年后血清钙、磷、IGF-1水平与入组时比较以及2组之间比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 支气管哮喘患儿长期雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗,并不影响生长发育。
Objective To investigate the effects of continuous nebulization inhalation of budesonide suspension on the growth and development of children with bronchial asthma. Methods From May 2016 to April 2018, 63 children with bronchial asthma admitted to the 904th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force of Chinese People′s Liberation Army (observation group) and 60 healthy children who underwent physical examination (control group) were selected. Children in the observation group were given nebulization inhalation of budesonide suspension 0.25-1.0 mg/time, twice a day, continuous treatment for 2 years; children in the control group were not given any intervention, followed up for 2 years. The height, body mass, bone mineral density, serum calcium, phosphorus and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) levels at the time of admission and 2 years after admission were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in height, body mass and bone mineral density between the two groups at the time of admission (all P>0.05); after 2 years of admission, the height, body mass and bone mineral density of the two groups were higher than those at the time of admission (all P<0.05), but there were no significant differences between the observation group and the control group [(130±7)cm vs (128±7)cm, (24.1±2.8)kg vs (23.2±3.1)kg, (0.53±0.04)g/cm2 vs (0.52±0.06)]g/cm2](all P>0.05). After 2 years of admission, there were no significant differences in serum calcium, phosphorus and IGF-1 levels between the two groups, and there were no significant differences from the time of admission(all P>0.05). Conclusion Continuous nebulization inhalation of budesonide suspension does not affect the growth and development of children with bronchial asthma.
