• 摘要：

• Pregnancy complicated with pulmonary hypertension(PH) is a rare pulmonary vascular disease in pregnancy, which is characterized by hidden onset, atypical symptoms and rapid progress, threatening maternal and infant health. Multidisciplinary comprehensive management and drug therapy improve the prognosis of pregnant complicated with PH patients with different causes. However, some problems still existe in clinical, such as complicated pathogenesis, lack of effective drugs, high mortality, poor prognosis and so on.
