  • 瞬时受体电位锚蛋白1TRPA1)离子通道是温度感受器,在人体内低于17 ℃可被激活,但其激活阈值与物种相关。异硫氰酸烯丙酯、肉桂醛、香烟浓集物等激动剂可以通过调节TRPA1离子通道进而引发咳嗽,并且G蛋白偶联受体在其激活过程中起着重要作用。辛温类中药方剂应用于冷过敏咳嗽疗效确切,推测其治疗机制可能是通过抑制TRPA1通道开放实现的。目前针对咳嗽的TRPA1拮抗剂主要是HC-030031 GRC-17536,辛温类中药作为止咳药的开发或可一定程度弥补西医治疗的不足,但仍需深入研究。

  • Transient receptor potential ankyrin 1(TRPA1) channel is a temperature sensor, which can be activated temperature below 17 in the human body, but its activation threshold is related to species. Agonists such as allyl isothiocyanate, cinnamaldehyde and cigarette condensate can induce cough by regulating TRPA1 ion channels, and G-protein-coupled receptors plays an important role in its activation. Pungent and warm Chinese medicine prescriptions are effective in the treatment of cold allergic cough, and it is speculated that the therapeutic mechanism may be achieved by inhibiting the opening of TRPA1 channel. At present, the main TRPA1 antagonists for cough are HC-030031 and GRC-17536. The development of pungent and warm traditional Chinese medicine as antitussive drugs may make up for the deficiency of western medicine treatment to some extent, but it still needs further researches.
