肱骨骨折采用钢板固定的相关研究进展

• 【摘要】肱骨近端骨折、肱骨干骨折和肱骨远端骨折均为成人常见骨折。尽管肱骨近端骨折的治疗方式现仍存在争议，但采用钢板内固定术来治疗某些类型的骨折是有益的，因此需要进一步研究，以尽量减少采用钢板内固定术治疗肱骨近端骨折的并发症，并确定最佳的手术方式和钢板的选择。肱骨干骨折通常可采取非手术治疗，然而，某些肱骨干骨折需要钢板固定，如开放性骨折、前臂相关骨折以及多发性创伤的患者，而手术入路和钢板的选择取决于骨折的位置和类型。大多数肱骨远端关节内骨折应采用钢板固定，双钢板内固定是公认的金标准治疗方法，而最佳的手术方法和钢板的选择还需要更多的研究。本文的目的是总结最适合钢板固定的肱骨骨折类型，以及与每种骨折类型所面临的相关挑战和问题。

• 【Abstract】Proximal humeral fracture, humeral shaft fracture and distal humeral fracture are common fractures in adults. Although there are still controversies in treatment of proximal humeral fracture, the efficacy of plate internal fixation for some types of fracture is good. We still need to explore effective measures to minimize complications and determine the proper surgical method and plate selection. Non-surgical treatment is recommended for humeral shaft fracture but some fractures（e.g. open fracture, forearm fracture, multiple trauma） require plate fixation. Most distal humeral intra-articular fractures should be treated with plate fixation and double plate internal fixation is recognized as a standard. This paper summarized the common types of humeral fracture treated with plate fixation and the challenges in different types of operation.
