• 【摘要】产后出血是导致孕产妇死亡最危重的原因之一，产科急症子宫切除术是治疗产后出血最具效果的措施。随着医疗技术的发展，导致产科子宫切除的相关因素有很大变化，随之手术时机、手术方式及预防措施也有了相应改变。现就产科急症子宫切除的相关因素、手术时机、手术方式、预防措施进行综述，以促进妇幼保健，提高危重孕产妇生存质量。

• 【Abstract】Postpartum hemorrhage is one of the most critical causes of maternal death. Emergency hysterectomy is the most effective treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. With the development of medical technology, related factors of obstetric hysterectomy have changed greatly; the operation time, operation method and preventive measures have changed accordingly. This paper reviewed the related factors, operation time, operation method and preventive measures of obstetric emergency hysterectomy to promote maternal and child health care and improve the life quality of critically ill pregnant women.
