卡孕栓预处理在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用价值

• 【摘要】目的    探讨卡孕栓预处理在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用价值。方法    选取2013年12月至2016年12月在陕西省人民医院确诊治疗的子宫肌瘤患者100例。完全随机分为常规手术组和预处理组，每组50例。常规手术组给予腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗，预处理组在此基础上术前给予卡孕栓预处理。比较2组手术前后血红蛋白、血细胞比容水平；比较2组手术相关指标、排气时间、住院时间、并发症及复发情况。结果    术后1 d预处理组血红蛋白及血细胞比容明显高于常规手术组［（126±13）g/L比（115±11）g/L、（43±4）%比（39±4）%］，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。预处理组术中出血量、手术时间、术后引流量、排气时间、住院时间明显少于（短于）常规手术组，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。预处理组并发症发生率明显低于常规手术组［8.0%（4/50）比22.0%（11/50）］，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组随访6个月均无复发病例。结论    卡孕栓预处理可有效减少腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的术中出血，有利于改善患者术后贫血和减少并发症发生。

• 【Abstract】Objective    To explore the application value of CarboprostSuppositories pretreatment in laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy. Methods    A total of 100 patients diagnosed as hysteromyoma Shaanxi Provincial People′s Hospital from December 2013 to December 2016 were randomly and equally allocated to have laparoscopic ectomy with or without pretreatment of CarboprostSuppositories（routine group vs pretreatment group, n＝50）. Hemoglobin and erythrocrit were detected before and after operation. Surgical indexes, exhaust time, hospitalization time, complications and recurrence were analyzed. Results    Levels of hemoglobin and hematocrit 1 d after surgery in the pretreatment group were significantly higher than those in the routine group［（126±13）g/L vs （115±11）g/L, （43±4）% vs （39±4）%］(both P<0.05). Intraoperative blood loss, operative time, postoperative drainage, hospital stay time in the pretreatment group were significantly less/shorter than those in the routine group(all P<0.05). Incidence of complications in the pretreatment group was significantly lower than that in the routine group［8.0% (4/50) vs 22.0% (11/50)］(P<0.05). No recurrence cases were observed in 6 months after operation. Conclusion    CarboprostSuppositories pretreatment can effectively reduce intraoperative bleeding, alleviate postoperative anemia and reduce complications in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy.
