益气复生方对胃癌患者代谢产物的影响及其临床治疗效果

  • 【摘要】目的    探讨益气复生方对胃癌患者代谢产物的影响及其临床治疗效果。方法    选取2016年1月至2017年1月在新疆医科大学附属中医医院接受治疗的88例胃癌患者,将所有患者完全随机分为对照组(43例)与观察组(45例)。对照组患者接受奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗,观察组在对照组基础上服用益气复生方治疗,4周为1个治疗周期,2组患者在接受3个周期治疗后检测血清代谢指标,并评价疗效。结果    治疗3个周期后,观察组患者血清半胱氨酸、丝氨酸、甘氨酸、N-乙酰谷氨酸、十六碳烯酸、庚酸水平明显高于对照组,胱氨酸、天冬氨酸、3-羟基丁酸、α-亚麻酸水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组[33.3%(15/45)比25.6%(11/43)](P=0.035);2组患者疾病控制率差异无统计学意义(P=0.054)。观察组患者的0~Ⅰ级贫血、白细胞减少、中性粒细胞减少、肾功能损害和恶心呕吐发生率均明显低于对照组[35.6%(16/45)比55.8%(24/43)、31.1%(14/45)比48.8%(21/43)、28.9%(13/45)比39.5%(17/43)、6.7%(3/45)比14.0%(6/43)、17.8%(8/45)比34.9%(15/43)],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。2组患者血小板减少和肝功能损害发生情况差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论    益气复生方可调节胃癌患者氨基酸类和脂类物质代谢,减轻患者的不良反应,对胃癌患者有良好的治疗效果。

  • 【Abstract】Objective    To observe the effect of Yiqi Fusheng recipe on metabolites in patients with gastric cancer. Methods    A total of 88 patients admitted in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group(n=43) and observation group(n=45). The control group was treated with oxaliplatin and capecitabine; the observation group was treated with Yiqi Fusheng recipe on the basis of control group; 1 course of treatment was 4 weeks. Serum metabolic indexes and the curative effect were analyzed after 3 courses of treatment. Results    After treatment, serum levels of cysteine, serine, glycine, N-acetylglutamate, hexadecenoic acid, heptanoic acid in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group; serum levels of cystine, aspartic acid, 3-hydroxybutyric acid and α-linolenic acid level in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). The effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group[33.3%(15/45) vs 25.6%(11/43)](P=0.035). The disease control rate showed no significant difference between groups(P=0.054). Incidence rates of grade 0-Ⅰ hypohemia, leucopenia, neutropenia, renal function impairment, nausea and vomitting in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group[35.6%(16/45) vs 55.8%(24/43), 31.1%(14/45) vs 48.8%(21/43), 28.9%(13/45) vs 39.5%(17/43), 6.7%(3/45) vs 14.0%(6/43), 17.8%(8/45) vs 34.9%(15/43)](P<0.05). Incidence rates of thrombopenia and hepatic function impairment showed no significant differences between groups(P>0.05). Conclusion    Yiqi Fusheng recipe can regulate amino acids and lipid metabolism and reduce adverse reactions in patients with gastric cancer.
