维生素E对2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者血清丙二醛水平的影响

  • 【摘要】目的    探讨维生素E对2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者血清丙二醛水平的影响。方法    选取2016年6月至2017年6月解放军第三医院收治的266例2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象。给予所有患者维生素E 100 mg/d,早餐后顿服,连续服用 3个月。通过眼科检查评估患者眼底情况,根据国际临床糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)严重程度分级标准将患者分为非增殖型轻度DR组(Ⅰ组,69例)、中度DR组(Ⅱ组,61例)、重度DR组(Ⅲ组,47例)和增殖型DR组(Ⅳ组,89例)。比较治疗前后总体、不同DR程度分组、不同性别间血清丙二醛水平。结果    治疗前Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组血清丙二醛水平高于Ⅰ组患者[(4.42±0.15)、(4.84±0.17)μmol/L比(3.62±0.11)μmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组血清丙二醛水平[(3.44±0.13)、(3.71±0.16)、(4.18±0.17)、(4.72±0.14)μmol/L]均低于治疗前,Ⅳ组仍高于Ⅰ组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。男性及女性患者治疗前后各自组内丙二醛水平差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。无论男性和女性,治疗后Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组丙二醛水平均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论    维生素E对血清丙二醛水平有影响,且与2型糖尿病患者的DR严重程度相关。

  • 【Abstract】Objective    To investigate the effect of vitamin E on serum malondialdehyde level in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR). Methods    From June 2016 to June 2017, 266 type 2 diabetic patients with DR were enrolled in the Third Hospital of the Chinese People′s Liberation Army. All patients took vitamin E 100 mg/d after breakfast for 3 months. Fundus condition was examined and the patients were divided into 4 groups according to the international grading standards: non-proliferative mild DR(group Ⅰ, n=69), moderate DR(group Ⅱ, n=61), severe DR(group Ⅲ, n=47) and proliferative DR(group Ⅳ, n=89). Serum malondialdehyde level was analyzed before and after treatment. Results    Before treatment, malondialdehyde in group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ[(4.42±0.15),(4.84±0.17)μmol/L vs (3.62±0.11)μmol/L](P<0.05 or P<0.01). After treatment, malondialdehyde in group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ[(3.44±0.13),(3.71±0.16),(4.18±0.17),(4.72±0.14)μmol/L] was significantly lower than that before treatment; malondialdehyde in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.05). There was no significant difference of malondialdehyde level between male and female patients before and after treatment(P>0.05). Whether in males or females, malondialdehyde in group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion    Vitamin E has an effect on serum malondialdehyde level, which is related to the severity of DR in patients with type 2 diabetes.
