法舒地尔联合卡马西平治疗癫jian的效果及安全性分析

• 【摘要】目的    探讨法舒地尔联合卡马西平治疗癫jian的效果及安全性。方法    选取2014年1月至2017年7月陕西省延安市人民医院神经内科门诊与住院部诊治的205例癫jian患者，完全随机分为对照组（102例，口服卡马西平治疗）和观察组（103例，法舒地尔静脉滴注联合卡马西平口服治疗）。参照Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS) 与抑郁自评量表（SDS）标准评定负面情绪，参照蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）标准评定认知功能。比较2组临床疗效、负面情绪、认知功能与药物安全性的差异。结果    观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组［91.3%（94/103）比81.4%（83/102）］，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前，2组SAS、SDS与MoCA评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后，2组患者SAS、SDS评分较治疗前明显降低，且观察组低于对照组［（31±4）分比（40±5）分、（34±5）分比（41±4）分］，MoCA评分较治疗前明显增高，且观察组高于对照组［（27±6）分比（21±6）分］，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。2组药物不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），且经数天后可自行缓解。结论    法舒地尔联合卡马西平治疗癫jian的疗效满意，有助于明显改善患者的负面情绪与认知功能，且药物安全性较高。

• 【Abstract】Objective    To analyze the effectiveness and safety of fasudil combined with carbamazepine in treatment of epilepsy. Methods    Totally 205 epileptic patients admitted from January 2014 to July 2017 in Yan′an People′s Hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=102) and observation group(n=103). The control group took carbamazepine; the observation group were treated with carbamazepine combined with intravenous administration of fasudil. Negative emotion was assessed by the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS); cognitive function was assessed by the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA). Clinical curative effect, negative emotion, cognitive function and drug safety were analyzed. Results    Total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group［91.3%（94/103） vs 81.4%（83/102）］(P<0.05). SAS score,SDS score and MoCA score showed no significant differences between groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, SAS score and SDS score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group［（31±4） vs （40±5）, （34±5） vs （41±4）］; MoCA score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group［（27±6） vs （21±6）］（P<0.05）. Adverse drug reaction rate showed no significant difference between groups（P>0.05）. Conclusion    Fasudil combined with carbamazepine treating epilepsy can safely and effectively reduce negative emotion and improve cognitive function.
