为了更好地整合医疗机构资源,缓解当前三级甲等医院人满为患、挂号难、看病难,而基层医院门可罗雀的旱涝不均的问题,政府和各级主管部门出台了推广医疗联合体(简称医联体)等一系列措施。本文运用SWOT分析法和案例分析法,对北京同仁医院-宝鸡市人民医院合作、复旦儿科医联体、凤凰医院集团、徐汇区-市六院医联体、瑞金-卢湾区域医联体等5家医联体进行调研及分析,认为不同的医联体合作模式各有优劣,适用于不同的环境和条件。各种医联体在操作性、稳固性、有效性、服务连续性、服务综合性、资源调配效率、共同利益体现等方面各有优势。
Medical Association was established by the government and medical departments to help balance resources among medical institutions of different levels and relieve congestion in grade A class 3 hospitals. Advantages and disadvantages of 5 Medical Associations(Beijing Tongren Hospital-Baoji People′s Hospital Association, Fudan Department of Pediatrics Association, Phoenix Hospital Group, Xuhui District-Shanghai Sixth People′s Hospital, Ruijin-Luwan Medical Association) were analyzed by the SWOT analysis and case analysis; it showed differences in operability, stability, effectiveness, service continuity, service integrity, resource allocation efficiency and community of interests among the cooperation modes of different Medical Associations.
