• 血小板P2Y12受体抑制剂在急性冠状动脉综合征或经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中至关重要。替格瑞洛是一种有效的可逆性结合的口服P2Y12受体抑制剂，也是平衡型核苷转运体1弱抑制剂，可抑制细胞摄取腺苷途径。替格瑞洛具有临床相关的“脱靶”效应，但是与其对血小板聚集和血栓形成的作用无关。

• Platelet P2Y12 receptor inhibitors are vitally important in treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome and percutaneous coronary intervention. Ticagrelor is an oral P2Y12 receptor inhibitor that can reversiblely bounded to P2Y12 receptor; it is an equilibrative nucleoside transporter 1 inhibitor that can inhibit cells uptaking adenosine. Except for the preventive effect on platelet aggregation and thrombus formation, ticagrelor has pleiotropic effects induced by adenosine.
