• 摘要：

• 川崎病是一种常发生于儿童间的全身性血管炎性疾病，中医认为川崎病病因病机在于温毒内侵、正气不足、营卫不和，而西医则认为川崎病的发病与机体免疫系统紊乱、微生物感染等因素有关。近年来，中西医结合方案为川崎病的治疗提供了新的思路和选择，有望进一步提高患儿的治疗效果和生存质量。本文旨在通过梳理近年来有关中西医治疗川崎病的相关文献，探讨中西医结合方案在川崎病治疗中的应用及临床效果，以期为进一步深入研究和临床实践提供参考，促进川崎病的早期诊断和治疗，提高患儿的生存质量。

• Kawasaki disease is a systemic vasculitis disorder that commonly affects children, according to traditional Chinese medicine, the cause and mechanism of Kawasaki disease are due to internal invasion of warm toxin, insufficiency of vital energy, and disharmony of defensive and protective qi. In contrast, Western medicine believes that the onset of Kawasaki disease is related to disorders of the immune system and microbial infections. In recent years, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has provided new ideas and choices for the treatment of Kawasaki disease, which is expected to further improve the treatment effect and quality of life for children. This paper aims to explore the application and clinical effects of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of Kawasaki disease by reviewing recent relevant literature. It is hoped that this will provide reference for further in-depth research and clinical practice, promote early diagnosis and treatment of Kawasaki disease, and improve the quality of life of children.
