• 摘要：

• Sepsis is a systemic inflammatory response syndrome triggered by infection, and it is also one of the main factors leading to the death of critically ill patients. Coagulopathy caused by sepsis is not only a life-threatening complication, but also a key factor for the deterioration of patients with sepsis. Therefore, in-depth study of the mechanism of sepsis coagulopathy and related biomarkers will help clinicians to identify these problems earlier, so as to improve the prognosis of patients and provide clinicians with new treatment directions.
