中药连花清瘟胶囊/颗粒在呼吸系统疾病中的应用进展

• 摘要：

• 连花清瘟胶囊/颗粒是以中医络病理论为指导的一种具有清瘟解毒、宣肺泄热功效的创新中成药。其借鉴于我国古代中医治疗流感、发热等呼吸道外感病症的传统经验和现代药理学机制，具有抗病毒和抗菌的双重作用，已成为目前治疗呼吸系统疾病的推荐用药。其中常见的呼吸系统疾病包括呼吸道感染、流感、肺炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等，临床症状以发热、咽痛、咳嗽咳痰、鼻塞为主，而连花清瘟针对以上症状，可发挥镇咳祛痰、平喘、抗炎和增强机体免疫力等疗效。本文将连花清瘟这类中药的组方成分、药理作用以及在呼吸系统疾病中的相关研究情况、不良反应综述如下，以期为连花清瘟的临床应用提供参考依据。

• Lianhua Qingwen capsules/granules is an innovative Chinese patent medicine guided by the theory of collaterals disease of traditional Chinese medicine, which has the functions of clearing away pestilence, detoxifying, ventilating lung and dissipating heat. It draws lessons from the traditional experience and modern pharmacological mechanism of ancient Chinese medicine in the treatment of influenza, fever and other respiratory exogenous diseases. It has dual effects of antiviral and antibacterial, and has become recommended medication for the treatment of respiratory diseases. Among them, the common respiratory diseases include respiratory tract infection, influenza, pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc. The clinical symptoms are fever, sore throat, cough and expectoration, nasal congestion, and Lianhua Qingwen can play a role in relieving cough, eliminating phlegm, asthma, anti-inflammation and enhancing the body immunity. In this paper, the composition, pharmacological effects, related research status and adverse reactions of Lianhua Qingwen in respiratory diseases are reviewed, in order to provide reference for the clinical application of Lianhua Qingwen.
