• 摘要：

• 癌症与缺血性脑卒中存在非常紧密的联系。随着癌症患者人数逐年递增，癌症相关缺血性脑卒中患者数量也呈现出逐年增长的趋势，严重威胁患者的预期寿命和生活质量。目前研究发现癌症相关缺血性脑卒中较传统认知的缺血性脑卒中在诸多方面均存在显著差异，早期认知并识别上述差异有助于临床医师更好地筛查和服务癌症相关缺血性脑卒中患者。本文对癌症相关缺血性脑卒中的国内外研究进行详细的总结和分析，从流行病学情况、病因分类、实验室化验结果、影像学特点以及治疗预防策略等方面展开综述。

• There is a close relationship between cancer and ischemic stroke. With the increasing number of cancer patients, the number of patients with cancer-related ischemic stroke also shows an increasing trend year by year, which seriously threatens the life expectancy and quality of life of patients. Current studies have found that cancer-related ischemic stroke is significantly different from the traditional cognition of ischemic stroke in many aspects. Early recognition and identification of the above differences can help clinicians to better screen and serve patients with cancer-related ischemic stroke. This article summarizes and analyzes the domestic and foreign research on cancer-related ischemic stroke in detail, and reviews the epidemiology, etiological classification, laboratory test results, imaging characteristics, treatment and prevention strategies.
