  • 宫颈癌是女性生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤。高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)持续感染是宫颈癌前病变和宫颈癌的主要致病因素,是引起全球女性死亡的主要因素。尽管目前宫颈癌的预防、筛查和治疗方法在不断更新并取得了长足的进步。然而,对于晚期复发性、转移性宫颈癌患者的治疗效果并不理想。因此,深入探索宫颈癌的发病分子机制,寻找新的宫颈癌防治策略及靶向治疗手段意义深远。本文着重阐述HR-HPV致病分子调节机制、雌孕激素、免疫调节对HR-HPV在宫颈癌发生发展过程中的调节机制及铁死亡参与宫颈癌发生发展的分子机制,将为宫颈癌的预防和治疗开拓新视角。

  • Cervical cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the female reproductive system. Persistent infection of high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) is the main cause of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer, and the main cause of female death worldwide. Despite the continuous updates in prevention, screening, and treatment methods for cervical cancer, significant progress has been made. However, for patients with advanced recurrent and metastatic cervical cancer, the treatment effect is not ideal. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the molecular mechanism of cervical cancer and find new prevention and treatment strategies and targeted therapies. This article focuses on the molecular regulatory mechanism of HR-HPV, the regulatory mechanism of estrogen, progesterone and immune regulation on HR-HPV in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer, and the molecular mechanism of ferroptosis involved in cervical cancer occurrence and development, which will open up a new perspective for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.
