金芪降糖片联合利拉鲁肽注射液治疗2型糖尿病的临床研究

• 摘要：

• 目的 探讨金芪降糖片联合利拉鲁肽注射液治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年10月在上海中医药大学附属龙华医院接受治疗的100例2型糖尿病患者纳入本研究，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各50例。对照组采用利拉鲁肽注射液进行治疗，观察组采用金芪降糖片联合利拉鲁肽注射液进行治疗。2组均连续治疗3个月。比较2组的治疗效果、治疗前后糖代谢指标、血管内皮功能指标以及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组［96.0%(48/50)比82.0%(41/50)］，差异有统计学意义（P=0.025）。治疗后2组空腹血糖、糖化白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于治疗前，且治疗后观察组空腹血糖、糖化白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组（均P＜0.05）。治疗后2组血管内皮素1水平均低于治疗前，降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）、一氧化氮水平均高于治疗前，且治疗后观察组血管内皮素1水平低于对照组，CGRP、一氧化氮水平高于对照组（均P＜0.05）。2组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P=0.712）。结论 金芪降糖片联合利拉鲁肽注射液治疗2型糖尿病具有较好的效果，可改善患者的糖代谢以及血管内皮功能，且具有较好的安全性。

• Objective To investigate the effect of Jinqi Jiangtang tablets combined with liraglutide injection in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to October 2023 were included in this study. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with liraglutide injection, and the observation group was treated with Jinqi Jiangtang tablets combined with liraglutide injection. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The therapeutic effects, and glucose metabolism indexes before and after treatment, vascular endothelial function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ［96.0%(48/50) vs 82.0%(41/50)］(P=0.025). After treatment, the levels of fasting blood glucose, glycated albumin and glycated hemoglobin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of fasting blood glucose, glycated albumin and glycated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (all P＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of endothelin-1 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and nitric oxide were higher than those before treatment. After treatment, the level of endothelin-1 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the levels of CGRP and nitric oxide were higher than those in the control group (all P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P=0.712). Conclusion Jinqi Jiangtang tablets combined with liraglutide injection has a good effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus, which can improve the glucose metabolism and vascular endothelial function of patients, and has good safety.
