  • 外泌体是一种纳米级别的囊泡,也是细胞间通讯的介质。外泌体由于特别的生物学效应以及组成而备受关注。许多研究表明外泌体具有调控机体免疫应答、细胞迁移、细胞分化、肿瘤侵袭等作用。本文着重综述其抗炎抗衰老机制,因为其复杂的机制不仅可以用于消除炎症,甚至还可以在一定程度上逆转组织器官的衰老,临床应用前景十分可观,可以应用于脑、皮肤、心脏等各个领域,有望解决许多疑难杂症。

  • Exosomes are nanoscale vesicles and mediators of intercellular communication. Exosomes have attracted much attention due to their special biological effects and composition. Many studies have shown that exosomes regulate immune response, cell migration, cell differentiation, and tumor invasion. This article focuses on its anti-inflammatory and anti-aging mechanisms, because its complex mechanism can not only be used to eliminate inflammation, but also can reverse the aging of tissues and organs to a certain extent. Its clinical application prospect is very promising, and it can be applied to the brain, skin, heart and other fields, and is expected to solve many difficult and complicated diseases.
