• 摘要：

• 急性乙二醇中毒为常见的中毒原因之一，由于缺乏快速准确的诊断方法以及安全有效的药物使得其在临床诊治过程中非常棘手，并且延迟诊治会直接导致严重的器官功能损伤甚至死亡。充分理解急性乙二醇中毒的体内代谢过程、临床表现、实验室检查的准确性和局限性以及治疗方案的适用性对于快速诊断和改善预后具有重要意义。本文综述乙二醇在体内的代谢、中毒后的临床表现以及国内外最新诊断与治疗方法的研究情况等，为临床早期识别与有效治疗急性乙二醇中毒提供方法与思路。

• Acute ethylene glycol poisoning is one of the common causes of poisoning. Due to the lack of rapid and accurate diagnostic methods and safe and effective drugs, it is very difficult in the clinical diagnosis and treatment process, and delayed diagnosis and treatment will directly lead to serious organ damage and even death. Full understanding of the metabolic process in vivo, clinical manifestations, the accuracy and limitations of laboratory tests, and the applicability of treatment regimens are of great significance for rapid diagnosis and improved prognosis. This article reviews the metabolism of ethylene glycol in the body, the clinical manifestations after poisoning, and the research status of the latest diagnosis and treatment methods at home and abroad, so as to provide methods and ideas for early identification and effective treatment of acute ethylene glycol poisoning.
