  • 冠状动脉疾病严重威胁人类健康,其组织病理学基础是动脉粥样硬化斑块。早期检测冠状动脉病变对诊断冠心病(冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病)至关重要。在当前的指南中,冠状动脉CT血管造影(CCTA)是冠心病初步诊断的Ⅰ级推荐,但存在局限性。人工智能在医疗领域具有强大的潜力,可提高诊断效率和精确度。目前缺乏有关人工智能指导下的CCTA与血管内超声(IVUS)在冠状动脉斑块负荷方面比较的研究。本文介绍了人工智能在CCTA的日常心脏病学实践中的应用。首先概述了深度学习技术的特点及其在介入心脏病学中的应用,然后讨论了人工智能-CCTA技术与IVUS相比在介入心脏病学领域的可行性和未来发展前景。

  • Coronary artery disease is a serious threat to human health, and its histopathological basis is atherosclerotic plaque. Early detection of coronary artery lesions is essential for the diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. In current guidelines, coronary CT angiography (CCTA) is a class Ⅰ recommendation for initial diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease but has limitations. Artificial intelligence has great potential in health care to improve diagnostic efficiency and precision. There is a lack of studies on the comparison between artificial intelligence-guided CCTA and intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) in coronary plaque burden. This article introduces the application of artificial intelligence in the daily cardiology practice of CCTA. This article first summarizes the characteristics of deep learning technology and its application in interventional cardiology, and then discusses the feasibility and future development prospects of artificial intelligence-based CCTA technology compared with IVUS in the field of interventional cardiology.
