  • 冠状动脉痉挛是继发于血管收缩后几乎完全或完全闭塞,这一过程可引起缺血,导致典型变异型心绞痛、非典型性心绞痛、急性心肌梗死、猝死、各类型心律失常、心力衰竭等,如不及时发现和治疗是致命的。其中,冠状动脉痉挛导致的心脏停搏尚属少见。本文报道1例经体外膜氧合成功抢救严重冠状动脉痉挛导致心脏停搏患者的临床资料,以提高临床医师针对冠状动脉痉挛导致心脏停搏的警惕,提供体外膜氧合对心脏停搏的治疗思路参考。

  • Coronary artery spasm is secondary to almost complete or complete occlusion of blood vessels after constriction. This process can cause ischemia, leading to typical variant angina pectoris, atypical angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction, sudden death, various types of arrhythmia, heart failure and so on. It is fatal if not detected and treated in time. Among them, cardiac arrest caused by coronary artery spasm is rare. This article reports the clinical data of a case of cardiac arrest caused by severe coronary artery spasm successfully rescued by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, in order to improve the vigilance of clinicians for cardiac arrest caused by coronary artery spasm, and to provide a reference for the treatment of cardiac arrest by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation.
