肿瘤相关巨噬细胞是肿瘤微环境的重要组成部分,单核巨噬细胞系统具有可塑性,在不同的诱导条件和刺激因素下,肿瘤相关巨噬细胞可极化为M1和M2型巨噬细胞。M2型巨噬细胞对肿瘤的发生和发展有重要的作用,巨噬细胞可对抗肿瘤治疗,通过调节肿瘤细胞的活化,促进肿瘤血管生长,抑制自体T细胞增殖和γ干扰素的产生,使T细胞失去抗肿瘤活性,通过释放细胞因子等促进肿瘤细胞转移。肿瘤相关巨噬细胞的靶向治疗,主要通过抑制巨噬细胞的募集,抑制肿瘤相关巨噬细胞的生存,调节巨噬细胞的极化,调节肿瘤微环境中的巨噬细胞,从而影响肿瘤的生存和转移。
Tumor-associated macrophages are an important part of the tumor microenvironment. The mononuclear macrophage system has plasticity. Under different inducing conditions and stimulating factors, tumor-associated macrophages can be polarized into M1-type and M2-type macrophages. M2-type macrophages play an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors. Macrophages can fight against tumor therapy by regulating the activation of tumor cells, promote angiogenesis, inhibiting the proliferation of autologous T cells and the production of interferon-γ, so that T cells lose their anti-tumor activity, and promote tumor cell metastasis by releasing cytokines.Targeted therapy of tumor-associated macrophage, mainly through inhibiting the recruitment of macrophages, inhibiting the survival of tumor macrophages, modulating the polarization of macrophages, and modulating the macrophages in the tumor microenvironment, thus affecting the survival and metastasis of the tumor.
