  • 卵巢癌是女性生殖系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率以每年2.39%的速度增长,晚期患者的5年生存率仅为29%。尽管现有的手术和全身治疗方案在一定程度上可以遏制卵巢癌的进展,但因多数患者在确诊卵巢癌时已是晚期,卵巢癌的治疗效果并不理想。随着高通量测序技术的出现,越来越多的非编码RNA开始引起研究者的注意。长链非编码RNA是一类长度超过200个核苷酸的非编码RNA,具有对基因表达调控、表观遗传修饰和转录后调节等作用,已经被证实与多种肿瘤的发生发展、侵袭转移、耐药等密切相关。长链非编码RNA在卵巢癌中异常表达并通过多种作用机制调控卵巢癌进展,对筛选卵巢癌治疗靶点具有重要意义。本文对卵巢癌与长链非编码RNA的研究进展进行综述,以期为相关研究提供参考。

  • Ovarian cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the female reproductive system. The incidence of ovarian cancer is increasing by 2.39% per year, and the 5-year survival rate of advanced patients is only 29%. Although the current surgical and systemic treatment options can curb the progression of ovarian cancer to a certain extent, the treatment effect of ovarian cancer is not ideal because most patients are diagnosed at an advanced stage. With the emergence of high-throughput sequencing technology, more and more non-coding RNAs have begun to attract the attention of researchers. Long non-coding RNA is a class of non-coding RNA with a length of more than 200 nucleotides, which plays a role in the regulation of gene expression, epigenetic modification and post-transcriptional regulation. It has been confirmed that long non-coding RNA is closely related to the occurrence, development, invasion, metastasis and drug resistance of a variety of tumors. Long non-coding RNA is abnormally expressed in ovarian cancer and regulates the progression of ovarian cancer through a variety of mechanisms, which is of great significance for screening the therapeutic targets of ovarian cancer. This article reviews the research progress of long non-coding RNA in ovarian cancer, in order to provide reference for related research.
