• 卵圆孔血流受限或提前闭合是一种先天心脏发育异常，超声心动图是诊断的有效方法，当卵圆孔血流受限并发心脏功能异常时，胎儿预后不佳，早期诊断是关键，及时处理可以改善胎儿结局。遵义医科大学附属医院收治1例妊娠晚期超声发现胎儿卵圆孔血流受限的病例，本文通过对该病例的临床资料及新生儿结局进行分析，并进行相关文献复习，探讨胎儿卵圆孔血流受限的诊断、处理及预后，以提高临床上对该疾病的认识。

• Restricted or premature closure of foramen ovale blood flow is a congenital cardiac malformation, and echocardiography is an effective method for the diagnosis. When the flow of foramen ovale is restricted and complicated with cardiac dysfunction, the fetal prognosis is poor. Early diagnosis is the key, and timely treatment can improve the fetal outcome. A case of fetal foramen ovale blood flow restriction detected by ultrasound in the third trimester of pregnancy was admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University. In this paper, the clinical data and neonatal outcome of the case were analyzed, and the related literature was reviewed to explore the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of fetal foramen ovale flow restriction, so as to improve the clinical understanding of the disease.
