  • 中医检验技术人员对中医药学知识相对匮乏,中医检验对标本的采集、检测等与西医检验有明显不同,为探索中医医疗联合体(简称医联体)背景下医学检验人才培养模式改革路径,采用文献分析法、扎根理论法等研究方法,归纳总结中医医联体医学检验人才现状、教育培训面临的问题和已推行并取得成效的主要措施,对医学检验学科建设以及人才培养模式进行探讨延伸,提出有效的解决方案。建议通过加强检验人才中医药学知识储备,建设高素质创新型的中医特色检验专业技术人才队伍。根据医院特征探索适宜的人才培训模式,采用“引进来”“走出去”方式充实中医检验专业人才队伍,因材施教,提高人员的基本素质、激发检验人才创新性、加强学科建设,进而提升基层诊疗服务能力和技术水平。利用互联网终端实现医联体成员医疗数据互联互通,平衡医疗资源,使上级医院对基层医疗机构“传帮带”更加便利,同时建立长效的帮扶机制,保证基层检验科人才持续覆盖,为医联体检验学科建设提供有利的教学环境和硬件设施。

  • Traditional Chinese medicine laboratory technicians have relatively limited knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine. The collection and detection of specimens in traditional Chinese medicine laboratory are significantly different from those in western medicine laboratory. To explore the reform path of medical laboratory talent training mode under the background of traditional Chinese medicine medical consortium,using research methods such as literature analysis and grounded theory, this paper summarizes the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine medical consortium medical laboratory talents, the problems in education and training, and the main measures that have been implemented and achieved results. It also explores and extends the construction of medical laboratory disciplines and talent training modes, and proposes effective solutions. It is recommended to strengthen the reserve of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge of laboratory talents, build a high-quality and innovative professional technical team of traditional Chinese medicine laboratory with distinctive features, and explore suitable talent training modes according to hospital characteristics. Adopting the "introduction" and "going out" approach to enrich the professional team of traditional Chinese medicine laboratory talents, teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes, improving the basic quality of personnel, stimulating the innovativeness of laboratory talents, strengthening discipline construction, and thereby enhancing the grass roots diagnosis and treatment service capabilities and technical levels. Internet terminals are used to achieve interconnection and intercommunication of medical data among medical consortium members, balancing medical resources, making it more convenient for superior hospitals to provide "guidance and assistance" to grass roots medical institutions, and establishing a long-term assistance mechanism to ensure continuous coverage of grassroots laboratory talents, providing a favorable teaching environment and hardware facilities for the construction of medical alliance laboratory disciplines.
