  • 消化道恶性肿瘤已经成为危害我国居民身体健康的主要疾病之一,早期发现并治疗对患者的临床治愈率和生存率具有极高的价值。随着内镜技术不断发展,消化道早期癌变和癌前病变的检出率逐渐升高,内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)已成为治疗消化道早期病变的首选方法。但传统ESD技术复杂,操作难度大,耗时长,风险大,治疗费用较高,为此研究出多种牵引技术来解决这些难题。其中圈套器与牙线辅助牵引技术操作简单、安全有效、费用少,具有较好的应用前景。本文对近年来圈套器与牙线辅助牵引技术研究现况进行综述。

  • Gastrointestinal cancer has become one of the main diseases that endanger the health of Chinese residents. Early detection and treatment are of great value for the clinical cure rate and survival rate of patients.With the continuous development of endoscopic technology, the detection rate of early malignant and precancerous lesions of the digestive tract has gradually increased. Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) has become the first choice for the treatment of early gastrointestinal lesions. However, the traditional ESD technique is complex, difficult to operate, time-consuming, risky and expensive to treat. Therefore, a variety of traction techniques have been developed to solve these problems. Among them, the snare and floss-assisted traction techniques are simple, safe, effective and less expensive, which has a good application prospect. This article reviews the research status of snare and floss-assisted traction techniques in recent years.
