人工智能技术作为近年来新兴科技,已慢慢扩展到手术麻醉中,在胸科麻醉中也得到了广泛应用。人工智能可以根据患者术前已有的风险数据,预测患者术中可能发生的风险情况,包括插管时可能遇到的困难气道,因镇静深度控制不佳而出现的术中知晓以及术中出现的低血压、低氧血症等,协助临床决策,进而提高医疗质量和效率。本综述以机器学习为重点归纳了医学领域常见的人工智能应用,回顾了人工智能应用于胸科麻醉围手术期各个阶段的临床研究、人工智能的发展以及其在胸科麻醉领域的应用现状,为麻醉医师改善胸科手术患者围手术期麻醉管理提供新思路,以减少术后肺部并发症,加快患者康复。
As a new technology in recent years, artificial intelligence technology has been slowly extended to surgical anesthesia, and has also been widely used in thoracic anesthesia. Based on the patient′s preoperative risk data, artificial intelligence can predict the possible risks of patients during surgery, including the difficult airway that may occur during intubation, intraoperative awareness due to poor control of the depth of sedation, hypotension and hypoxemia during surgery, so as to assist clinical decision-making and improve the quality and efficiency of medical care. This review summarizes the focusing on the machine learning medicine common artificial intelligence application, reviews the application of artificial intelligence in thoracic perioperative anesthesia at various stages of clinical researches, the development of artificial intelligence and its application status in the field of thoracic anesthesia, and provides new ideas for anesthesiologists to improve the perioperative anesthesia management of patients undergoing thoracic surgery, so as to reduce postoperative pulmonary complications and accelerate the recovery of patients.
