糖尿病及其并发症严重威胁人类生命健康,是目前亟需解决的严重卫生问题之一。现有研究发现,在糖尿病及其并发症的发生过程中,由于免疫细胞功能异常、炎性通路激活、表观遗传学改变、线粒体损伤、烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸氧化酶激活以及抗氧化物质的减少,机体会出现持续炎症反应以及氧化损伤。同时,由于糖脂等物质代谢异常、晚期糖基化终末产物以及各分子对应调控介导的代谢记忆与桥梁作用,机体将出现“炎症反应-氧化损伤”串话,成为机体损伤的基础因素,从而促进糖尿病发病及其并发症发生发展。因此,本文通过对炎症反应、氧化损伤及二者间可能的串话机制进行整理而作一综述,以期为临床针对这一机制而进一步防治糖尿病及其并发症提供思路与理论依据。
Diabetes mellitus and its complications are serious threats to human life and health, and are one of the serious health problems that need to be solved urgently. Existing studies have found that in the process of diabetes and its complications, the body will have persistent inflammatory response and oxidative damage due to immune cell dysfunction, inflammatory pathway activation, epigenetic changes, mitochondrial damage, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase activation, and the reduction of antioxidants. At the same time, due to the abnormal metabolism of substances such as glucose and lipid, advanced glycation end products and the corresponding regulation of each molecule mediated metabolic memory and bridge, the body will appear "inflammation reaction-oxidative damage" crosstalk, become the basic factor of body damage. Thus, it can promote the occurrence and development of diabetes mellitus and its complications. Therefore, this article reviews the inflammatory response, oxidative damage and possible crosstalk mechanism between them, in order to provide ideas and theoretical basis for the further prevention and treatment of diabetes and its complications according to this mechanism.
