  • 膀胱癌是泌尿系统常见恶性肿瘤之一,具有高发病率和死亡率,且治疗后易出现复发和转移。越来越多的证据表明,具有启动和维持肿瘤生长的肿瘤干细胞是膀胱癌治疗失败的主要原因,所以,靶向膀胱癌干细胞的治疗方式成为了目前研究重点。研究发现长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是膀胱癌干细胞的关键调节因子,多种lncRNA参与癌症干性。这些lncRNA可以调节干细胞相关转录因子在膀胱癌中的表达。其在膀胱癌的发生和进展中发挥重要作用,目前已经被研究为抗癌治疗的靶标。为此本文对不同lncRNA在分子水平上如何调控膀胱癌干细胞特性进行综述,为未来膀胱癌的临床治疗提供理论依据及可行方向。

  • Bladder cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the urinary system, with high morbidity and mortality, and is prone to recurrence and metastasis after treatment. More and more evidence suggests that tumor stem cells with the ability to initiate and maintain tumor growth are the main cause of bladder cancer treatment failure, so therapeutic modalities targeting bladder cancer stem cells have become the focus of current researches. Studies have found that long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a key regulator of bladder cancer stem cells, and a variety of lncrnas are involved in cancer stemness. These lncRNAs can regulate the expression of stem cell-associated transcription factors in bladder cancer. It plays an important role in the development and progression of bladder cancer and has been studied as a target for anti-cancer therapy.Therefore, this article reviews how different lncRNAs regulate the characteristics of bladder cancer stem cells at the molecular level, and provides theoretical basis and feasible direction for the clinical treatment of bladder cancer in the future.
