• 摘要：

• 复发性流产是威胁女性身心健康的疑难病症之一，其临床诊断和治疗仍是生殖健康领域亟待解决的重大问题。微小RNA（miR）在细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭、分化等方面具有重要的调节作用，已经成为很多领域的研究热点。miR可以参与复发性流产的发生与发展并且具有高度保守性，差异表达的miR可以作为临床诊断的潜在标志物。本文从胎盘滋养细胞、子宫蜕膜组织、母胎免疫微环境等多角度阐述miR在复发性流产发病机制中的研究进展，以期为复发性流产的诊断和治疗探索新的标志物。

• Recurrent abortion is one of the difficult diseases that threaten women′s physical and mental health, and its clinical diagnosis and treatment are still major issues that need to be addressed in the field of reproductive health. MicroRNA(miR) plays an important regulatory role in cell proliferation, migration, invasion, differentiation, and other aspects, and has become a research hotspot in many fields. MiR can participate in the occurrence and development of recurrent abortion and is highly conserved. Differentially expressed miR can serve as potential biomarkers for clinical diagnosis. In this article, the research progress of miR in the pathogenesis of recurrent abortion was reviewed from the perspectives of placental trophoblasts, uterine decidua tissue, maternal fetal immune microenvironment, etc., in order to explore new markers for the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent abortion.
