乳腺癌术后患者出院准备度与社会支持的相关性分析

• 摘要：

• 目的  探讨乳腺癌术后患者出院准备度与社会支持现状并分析二者之间的相关性。方法  选取2020年1月至2021年6月于首都医科大学宣武医院乳腺科接受治疗的乳腺癌患者作为调查对象，使用一般资料调查表、出院准备度量表（RHDS）、社会支持评定量表对其进行调查。采用Pearson相关性模型分析RHDS总分与社会支持评定量表总分的相关性。结果  共发放问卷140份，回收有效问卷130份，最终纳入130例患者。130例患者个人状态（15.5±1.7）分、适应能力（27.9±3.3）分、预期性支持（26.9±1.5）分，RHDS总分为（64.6±4.9）分。130例患者主观支持（8.8±2.4）分、客观支持（7.3±2.6）分、对支持的利用度（6.7±2.1）分，社会支持评定量表总分为（22.8±4.7）分。乳腺癌术后患者RHDS总分与社会支持评定量表总分呈正相关（r=0.049，P<0.001）。结论  乳腺癌术后患者出院准备度和社会支持处于中等水平，二者呈正相关。

• Objective To explore the readiness for hospital discharge and social support status in patients with breast cancer after surgery and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods Patients with breast cancer admitted to Department of Breast, Xuanwu Hospital Capital Medical University from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the survey subjects. All of the patients were investigated with the general information questionnaire, readiness for hospital discharge scale (RHDS) and social support rating scale. Pearson correlation model was used to analyze the correlation between the total score of RHDS and the total score of social support rating scale. Results  A total of 140 questionnaires were distributed, 130 valid questionnaires were collected, and 130 patients were finally included. Among the 130 patients, the personal status score was （15.5±1.7）, the adaptability score was （27.9±3.3）, the expected support score was （26.9±1.5）, and the total RHDS score was （64.6±4.9）. The scores of subjective support, objective  support and support utilization of 130 patients were (8.8±2.4),(7.3±2.6) and (6.7±2.1), respectively, and the total score of social support rating scale was (22.8±4.7). The total score of RHDS in postoperative breast cancer patients was positively correlated with the total score of social support rating scale (r=0.049, P<0.001). Conclusion The readiness for hospital discharge and social support of postoperative breast cancer patients are at a medium level, and there is a positive correlation between them.
