• 中医是中华民族原创的医学体系，承载着历代医家的医学智慧与宝贵经验，源远流长。近年来，尽管中医药发展迅速，但中医药在世界各地的发展并不均衡，中医尚未得到西方医学界和社会的广泛认同。在西医主流文化的冲击下，中医必须变革传统发展模式，借助现代先进科学技术，寻求适应时代发展的新道路。中医药走向海外是中医文化振兴的重要步骤，也是中医顺应时代发展的必经之路。中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会（党的二十大）对促进中医药传承创新发展作了更全面深入的部署。制定中医药国际发展战略目标，加强与“一带一路”共建国家的中医药合作与交流，开创中医药全方位对外开放新格局，弘扬中医药文化，推动中医药传承创新，积极发展中医药健康服务产业等，不仅是助力健康中国建设的重要举措，也是推进中医药现代化和国际化的重要手段。

• Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is the original medical system of the Chinese nation, and it is a precious treasure by our ancestors. In recent years, despite the rapid development of TCM, the development of TCM in different parts of the world is uneven, and TCM has not been widely recognized by the western medical community and society. Under the impact of the mainstream culture of western medicine,TCM must change the traditional development model and seek a way to adapt to the development of the times with the help of modern advanced science and technology. Going overseas is an important step in the revitalization of TCM culture. The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a more comprehensive and in-depth deployment to promote the inheritance, innovation and development of TCM. Under the leadership of the government, formulate strategic goals for the international development of TCM, strengthen exchanges and cooperation in TCM with countries along the "Belt and Road", create a new pattern of all-round opening up of TCM, promote the culture of TCM, and promote the inheritance and innovation of TCM. The development of the TCM health service industry not only is an important measure to help build a Healthy China, but also is an important means to promote the modernization and internationalization of TCM.
