• 摘要：

• 直肠癌患者行内括约肌切除术(ISR)，可提高患者生存率，同时还可帮助医师评估癌症深度及扩散情况，但术后肛门功能障碍为此术式较大风险与高发不良反应。本文对ISR术后肛门功能障碍的临床表现与评价、危险因素及干预治疗相关研究进行回顾，旨在为临床工作提供参考。

• Intersphincteric resection(ISR) for patients with rectal cancer greatly improves the success rate of surgery and patient survival, and helps doctors evaluate the depth and spread of cancer. However, postoperative anal dysfunction is still a great risk and high incidence of side effects. In this paper, the clinical manifestations and evaluation, risk factors and intervention of postoperative anal dysfunction after ISR are reviewed, so as to provide reference for clinical work.
