按蚊伊丽莎白菌是一种相对较新发现的细菌,其致病机制尚不清楚。微生物宏基因组二代测序(mNGS)具有高通量、快速、精准等优势,已广泛应用于临床微生物病原体检测和鉴定,弥补了传统病原学检测方法的不足。本文报道1例脑出血患者肺部感染按蚊伊丽莎白菌的治疗及预后,探讨mNGS对于致病机制复杂、耐药性广泛的罕见按蚊伊丽莎白菌感染的诊断价值。
Elizabethkingia anophelis is a relatively newly discovered bacterium with unclear pathogenic mechanisms. Metagenomics next-generation sequencing(mNGS) has the advantages of high throughput, rapidity and accuracy, and has been widely used for the detection and identification of clinical microbial pathogens, making up for the shortcomings of traditional pathogenic detection methods. This paper reports on the treatment and prognosis of a case of pulmonary infection with Elizabethkingia anophelis in a patient with cerebral hemorrhage, and discusses the diagnostic value of mNGS for the rare Elizabethkingia anophelis infection with complex pathogenic mechanism and extensive drug resistance.
