• 摘要：

• 复发性流产（RSA）是一种十分复杂的妊娠并发症，其病理机制尚不完全明确，治疗难度大，且发病率逐年上升，严重威胁着女性的身心健康。微小RNA（miR）对基因表达具有转录后调控的作用，在机体细胞的生长、分化、迁移、侵袭以及凋亡中发挥重要作用。近年来，越来越多的研究表明miR的异常表达与RSA的发生发展密切相关。本文综述了miR在RSA中的研究进展和中药对RSA发生发展的干预情况，以期为中医药干预RSA发生发展的机制研究和临床用药提供新的思路与方法。

• Recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) is a very complex pregnancy complication. Its pathological mechanism is not completely clear, the treatment is difficult, and the incidence rate is increasing year by year, which seriously threatens the physical and mental health of women. MicroRNA (miR) plays a role in post transcriptional regulation of gene expression, it plays important roles in growth, differentiation, migration, invasion and apoptosis of body cells. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that the abnormal expression of miR is closely related to the occurrence and development of RSA. This article reviews the research progress of miR in RSA and traditional Chinese medicine interventions in the occurrence and development of RSA, in order to provide new ideas and methods for the mechanism research and clinical medication of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in the occurrence and development of RSA.
