• 摘要：

• 门静脉高压是导致肝硬化患者发生严重并发症的重要原因，会导致患者短期死亡风险的上升，因此门静脉高压的早发现、早监控和早治疗对于患者预后的改善及死亡率的降低具有重要意义。体外检测指标具有无创、安全、简便、经济的特点，对于肝硬化门静脉高压的无创评估有重要价值，是近年来的研究热点。本文综述了血流动力学指标、肝脏纤维化指标、炎症相关指标、联合指标及菌群指标在门静脉高压诊断及评估中的研究进展。

• Portal hypertension is an important cause of severe complications in patients with liver cirrhosis, which will lead to an increase in the risk of short-term death. Therefore, early detection, early monitoring and early treatment of portal hypertension are of great significance for the improvement of prognosis and the reduction of mortality. In vitro detection indicators have the characteristics of non-invasive, safe, simple and economical, which are of great value for the non-invasive evaluation of portal hypertension in liver cirrhosis, and have become a research hotspot in recent years. This article reviews the research progress of hemodynamic indicators, liver fibrosis indicators, inflammation-related indicators, combined indicators and bacterial flora indicators in the diagnosis and evaluation of portal hypertension.
