乳腺癌是女性癌症致死的主要原因,早诊断、早治疗对改善患者预后十分重要。超声是乳腺癌首选的影像学检查方法,但准确率差异较大,增加了乳腺癌的漏诊、误诊风险。人工智能采用特定的算法对超声影像进行智能处理,通过训练和优化算法,从而开发高精度、高效率的乳腺癌识别模型。目前计算机辅助检测手段在乳腺癌超声中的应用逐渐得到推广,人工智能的联合应用在乳腺疾病超声诊断领域发挥了缩短检查时间、有效提高检出率及诊断准确率等优势作用。本文主要就人工智能在乳腺癌超声诊断方面的应用现状及其临床应用潜力进行综述。
Breast cancer is the main cause of death in female with cancer. Early diagnosis and early treatment is very important to improve the prognosis of patients. Ultrasound has become the preferred imaging examination method for breast cancer, but the difference of accuracy is greater, which increasing the risks of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of breast cancer. Artificial intelligence uses specific algorithms to intelligently process ultrasound images, through training and optimizing algorithms, and it develops high-precision and high efficient recognition models of breast cancer. The application of computer-aided detection methods in ultrasound of breast cancer is gradually popularizing, and the joint application of artificial intelligence has played an advantageous role in shortening the examination time, effectively improving the detection rate and diagnosis accuracy in the field of ultrasound diagnosis of breast diseases. This paper mainly reviews the application of artificial intelligence in the ultrasound diagnosis of breast cancer and its clinical application potential.
