  • 生长分化因子15(GDF-15) 作为转化生长因子β家族成员之一,参与调节人体的细胞周期、炎症反应及细胞凋亡等相关进程,GDF-15在正常机体组织中几乎不表达,在妊娠期、细胞癌变、应激状态、炎症反应等情况时高表达。研究表明GDF-15为心血管事件的独立危险因素,对心力衰竭、心肌重构、糖尿病、缺血再灌注等冠心病(冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病)相关危险因素及并发症有一定的预测作用。本文对GDF-15与冠心病相关并发症之间的内在联系进行阐述,进一步论证GDF-15在心血管疾病尤其是冠心病的发生发展中起到的作用及临床意义。

  • As a member of the transforming growth factor-β family, growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15) is involved in the regulation of cell cycle, inflammatory response and apoptosis. GDF-15 is hardly expressed in normal tissues, but highly expressed during pregnancy, cell carcinogenesis, stress state, inflammatory reaction and so on. Studies have shown that it is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular events, and it has certain predictive function for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease related risk factors and complications such as heart failure, myocardial remodeling, diabetes mellitus, ischemia-reperfusion and so on. This paper discusses the relationship between GDF-15 and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease related complications, and the role and clinical significance of GDF-15 in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease, especially coronary atherosclerotic heart disease are further demonstrated.
