新型冠状病毒感染可能引起心肌损伤。我们报道1例26岁,既往体健的男性,在感染新型冠状病毒后出现心悸、胸闷、活动耐量下降的症状。感染前的正常心磁图变为出现弥散性分布特征的异常心磁图。在恢复期,心磁图的角度偏转出现了恢复,电流密度图和TT段磁场角度也出现好转,最终心磁图在症状消失后重新变为正常。心磁图可更加灵敏地检测出心肌细胞的早期损伤,有望成为筛查病毒感染后心肌损伤的一种新的方式,并对心肌损伤的诊断、恢复期的病情评估以及康复指导提供依据。
Novel coronavirus infection may cause myocardial damage. This paper reports a 26-year-old, previously healthy man who developed palpitations, chest tightness, and decreased activity tolerance following infection with novel coronavirus. His magnetocardiogram changed from normal before infection to abnormal characterized by diffuse distribution. During the convalescent period, the angle deflection of magnetocardiogram recovered, the current density map and TT segment magnetic field angle also improved, and finally the magnetocardiogram returned to normal after the symptoms disappeared. Magnetocardiogram detection can detect early damage of cardiomyocytes more sensitively, which is expected to become a new way to screen myocardial injury after viral infection, and to provide a basis for the diagnosis of myocardial injury, the assessment of the recovery period and the guidance of rehabilitation.
