• 摘要：

• 幽门螺杆菌（Hp）是一种革兰阴性微需氧菌。Hp感染的准确诊断是许多胃-十二指肠疾病有效治疗的关键。目前已经有多种方法可以检测Hp，其中，非侵入检测是临床上检测Hp最常用的方法，包括尿素呼气试验以及基于粪便、尿液、口腔的检测。本文主要阐述Hp非侵入性检测方法的研究进展，并对其优缺点进行综述。

• Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is a gram-negative microaerophilic bacteria. Accurate diagnosis of Hp infection is the key to the effective management of many gastroduodenal diseases. At present, there are many Methods  to detect Hp, among which non-invasive detection is the most commonly used method, including urea breath test and detection based on stool, urine and oral cavity. This paper reviews the research progress on non-invasive detection Methods  of Hp, and summarizes their advantages and disadvantages.
