• 摘要：

• 间充质干细胞(MSCs)是一种多能干细胞，具有自我复制、多向分化、免疫调控等潜能，被作为多种损伤修复的理想种子细胞并逐渐被大众所关注。MSCs的激活与动员是MSCs参与修复受损组织的先决条件。近年来，许多观点认为MSCs动员进入外周血、归巢分化参与组织修复与中医药“活血化瘀法之活血生新”密切相关。活血化瘀中药对于MSCs动员的相关研究将为阐明中医活血化瘀实质提供帮助。因此，本文对MSCs动员及活血化瘀中药对其影响的相关研究进行综述，对目前活血化瘀中药对MSCs作用的研究进行归纳分析，以期为中医药与干细胞的研究提供新的思路和帮助。

• Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are pluripotent stem cells with potential for self-replication, multi-directional differentiation and immunomodulation, and are gradually gaining attention as ideal seed cells for repairing a variety of injuries. Activation and mobilization of MSCs are prerequisites for MSCs to participate in repairing damaged tissues. In recent years, it has been suggested that the mobilization of MSCs into the peripheral blood and their homing and differentiation to participate in tissue repair are closely related to the "blood-activating and stasis-transforming to create new blood" method of traditional Chinese medicine. Studies on the mobilization of MSCs by blood-activating and stasis-transforming herbs will help to elucidate the essence of blood-activating and stasis-transforming in traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, this paper reviews the related studies on the mobilization of MSCs and the effects of blood-activating and stasis-transforming herbs on it, and summarizes and analyzes the current studies on effect of blood-activating and stasis-transforming herbs on MSCs, in order to provide new ideas and help for the research on traditional Chinese medicine and stem cells.
