参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗胃癌的研究现状

• 摘要：

• 参芪扶正注射液是由党参与黄芪提取而成的中药注射液。作为胃癌的良好辅助治疗药物，参芪扶正注射液的主要作用是益气扶正和增效解毒，能有效改善胃癌患者的机体免疫力和生活质量，减轻放疗、化疗导致的毒副作用，增强治疗效果，还可通过抑制胃癌细胞增殖，促进胃癌细胞凋亡，降低侵袭力以及帮助改善胃癌细胞化疗敏感性等作用机制达到辅助治疗胃癌的作用。本文综述参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗胃癌的临床作用及机制研究现状，为今后胃癌的防治提供参考。

• Shenqi Fuzheng injection is a traditional Chinese medicine injection which is extracted from Codonopsis and Astragalus by pure process. As a good adjuvant therapy for gastric cancer, Shenqi Fuzheng injection has the main functions of invigorating Qi and enhancing detoxification, which can effectively improve the body immunity and quality of life of gastric cancer patients, reduce the toxic and side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and increase the therapeutic effect. Moreover, it can inhibit the proliferation of gastric cancer cells, promote the apoptosis of gastric cancer cells, reduce the invasion force and improve the chemotherapy sensitivity of gastric cancer cells. This paper reviews research status of clinical effect and mechanism of Shenqi Fuzheng injection in the adjuvant treatment of gastric cancer, so as to provide reference for prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.
