• 摘要：

• 自发性脑出血是脑卒中范畴中极为凶险的一类疾病，自发性幕上脑出血是指小脑幕以上的脑实质内血管破裂形成血肿的一种自发性脑血管病，具有很高的致死率及致残率。中等至大量的幕上脑出血一般需要外科手术治疗，以减轻颅内压、防止脑疝形成来挽救患者的生命。但是如何防止术后再出血仍是困扰外科医师的一大难题。本文通过对目前发现与术后再出血相关的因素及预防措施进行综述，以期寻找减少术后再出血的方法。

• Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage is a kind of extremely severe disease in stroke. Spontaneous supratentorial intracerebral hemorrhage refers to a spontaneous cerebrovascular disease in which the blood vessels in the cerebral parenchyma above the tentorium cerebellum rupture and forming a hematoma, with a high mortality and disability rate. Medium-to-large supratentorial intracerebral hemorrhage generally needs surgical treatment to reduce intracranial pressure and prevent the formation of cerebral hernia to save patients′ lives. However, how to prevent postoperative rehemorrhage is still a difficult problem for surgeons. This article reviews the factors found to be related to postoperative rehemorrhage and preventive measures, in order to find ways to reduce postoperative rehemorrhage.
